1, Patent Design
All hinges we used to attach the movable door with the cover base are reserved with our own design. This hinge design offers a smooth operation for door close & open.
Longer service life and stable performance allows operating over 10000 times and no break.
2, Installation adjustment
Din rail allows installation adjustment including:
A, Depth adjustment: Easy depth adjustment from 0mm-18mm.
B, Horizontal adjustment: from 2° to 5°, depends on the box size.
C, Depth adjustment can solve the problem once the box is installed too deep inside the wall concrete.
D, Horizontal adjustment can solve the problem once the box is installed not at the even level.
3, Safety connection
Copper/ Brass terminal is perfect conduction performance and tensile strength.
Earthling bolt on box is fully isolated during the powder coating process, to maintain its conduction performance.
Installing a Consumer Unit
All the cables and connections in your consumer unit need to be checked and tested by a qualified electrician, and you should not remove or replace your unit if you are not qualified to proper regulatory standards. That said, the basics of installation can be handy to learn if you need to identify any problems, and it always helps qualified professionals to have something to turn to.
